Please NOTE - These times are when you need to be at the bus stop ready to go. Your driver will arrive within 10mins of the posted time depending on passengers and road conditions.

Traveling

TRAVEL & PICKUP INFORMATION

Kelowna Airport Pick-up Location - PLEASE GO TO THE SOUTH END SHUTTLE PICKUP ZONE (Turn right out of the Arrival main doors and you will see the shuttle pick-up zone).  
 

➤ All fares are in CAD and will have 5% GST added.

 

➤ There will be additional charges for any delays or extra travel time due to passengers. 

 

➤Driving from Kelowna airport to Rossland takes approx. 4.5 hrs depending on driving conditions, and route.

➤ When inbound flights are delayed we make every effort possible to accommodate our passengers. However, due to the regulated drivers' hours, we can only wait for a maximum of 30 minutes past the scheduled departure time. If you miss your shuttle, we will be happy to transfer your reservation to the next day

➤ Kootenay Gateway Mountain Shuttle does not transport unaccompanied minors on the Kelowna shuttle. any person under the age of 19 years, must be traveling with a parent, relative or legal guardian !!

SHUTTLE LUGGAGE POLICY

If you are within the standard luggage allowance on the airplane then you’re good to go! Please let us know in advance if you will exceed this allowance.

 

Our drivers reserve the right to refuse to take any undeclared bags that may create an overload issue that affects the safety and comfort of all passengers. Drivers reserve the right to refuse to take any loose items such as skis, ski poles, golf clubs, bike parts, etc. Drivers reserve the right to refuse to lift any luggage over 22 kg (50 lbs)

 

Animals are welcome, but please contact us in advance.

CANCELLATIONS
& CHANGES

  • ​All rates are valid for a one-way fare

  • Please email all requests for transfers and cancellations to bookings@kootenaygateway.com.(will not be accepted over the phone)

  • Bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of scheduled service. 

  • Any change to your booking will incur a $50 Administration fee. Alternatively, you can purchase change insurance for $50 which allows up to 3 changes to the booking. Contact bookings@kootenaygateway.com for all changes.

  • KG Mountain Shuttle is not responsible for and will not issue a refund for missed shuttles due to flight delays or cancellations.

  • To keep on schedule, we are unable to wait for lost luggage or other delays on arrival.  (please see above)

  • We offer private transfers  for those who would like to be picked up at a time and location not listed
